Five steps to crack interview

First   we have to understand what is the job profile . (The interviewer will ask some intelligent questions to determine weather we are suitable to job profile or not.)
ex:- u r applying for a manager job . . . u should be extrovert..
                              

Second we have to use each and every question to marketing ourselves...
ex:- what is your qualification......
instead of telling i am studied  xyz..
we can more elaborate how the higher qualification undergone useful to us...

Third  we have to do some research about the company which offering the job to us .. how we can add value to the company..

Fourth we have to take care of our grooming .

Fifth some preparation about the interview..(like  previous papers &  interview-questions )
           

     Along with these make a good resume ( which is tailored to job requirements).And for getting interview use every option like references , go to some company website and upload your profile & getting updates about interviews from friends , online forums & magazines. Be positive & Optimistic.
 ( If we don't know something also we should create an impression on interviewer that we can learn it afterwords)
