Simple Way to meditate

is a process which give rest to our mind ......
and to focus on things necessary by leaving odds.......
and to improve our health & filter our thoughts ......

There are many ways in doing it ..........
but the easiest is concentrating on breath.

why it is simplest?

It is a continuous process which is happening every moment of our life
So it is easy to focus on breath rather than imaging some power or thought.

We should take care of....

* we should keep the breathing process naturally( we sholdn't artificialy inhale or exhale ).
* We have just observe what is happening naturally in breathing process.

What is the best time for doing it?
**** after wakeup from sleep.

How much time we have to do it?
**** Three minitse a day is more than enough.

if we successfully practice it we will get
///// ....... >>>> The feeling of plesentness <<<<......\\\\\\
///// ....... >>>> The concentration on whole day <<<<......\\\\\\ in a few days.
